Order Confirmation

When a customer makes an order, it is unlikely for them to make payment immediate. However, as our prices fluctuates daily, this can create a problem for us.

Reservation Policy

For orders without payment, it will be called "reservation". The item will be reserved for you for up to 48 hours. If item is not collected within 48 hours, item will be released for sale again.

Payment Day Pricing

Our prices fluctuate daily. This can create problems for us. Imagine..

Scenario 1:
Customer orders PSP at $270 and plans to collect and pay cash the next day. Price for PSP the next day falls by 2%. Should customer be charged $270 or $265?

Scenario 2:
Customer orders PSP at $270 and plans to collect and pay cash the next day. Price for PSP the next day rises by 2%. Should customer be charged $270 or $275?

2% fluctuation in prices is very common. In order to be fair, we now follow the listed price during payment day. This policy is not new at all.

Again,2 scenarios...

Scenario A:
Customer checks with shop and found out PSP is at $270. He goes over the next day to make the purchase but price for PSP the next day falls by 2%. The customer pays $265

Scenario B:
Customer checks with shop and found out PSP is at $270. He goes over the next day to make the purchase but price for PSP the next day rises by 2%. The customer either pay $275 or leave the shop empty handed.

Scenario A/B is clearly fairer for both parties.

Quick Answers

If you really like the order date's pricing (maybe due to time limited promotion), please make a fund transfer to us upon ordering. Once payment is made, the goods are considered sold. We will reserve the items for you till you find time to come over to make the collection.

If you can't make the collection within 48 hours, either order later or make full payment upon ordering.

If you want to deal by cash but is unable to deal immediate, please check our website's pricing before coming down to avoid disappointments. We update our prices at around 12pm daily. We try out best to have only 1 price update a day.
