Warranty Policy

We have extended our paid Full Warranty period from 1 year to 2 years. All our customers who were on the 1 year full warranty will be automatically upgraded to the 2 years Full Warranty =]

Reason for the extension
As we near 1 year since introduction of our Full Warranty service, we realize the claims for warranty is lesser than expected. After much consideration, we thus decided to push the limit to 2 years. The upgrade is free for all customers who were on the old 1 year warranty.

2 years vs 1 year 
We expect the second year to be much tougher as your console would start to suffer from wear and tear. Very common problems would be replacement for rubber pads and batteries. Yes we do cover batteries in our 2 year warranty.

Will there be an extension to 3 years?
