My 1st PSP

Date 19 June 2008

Noon – completed & submit my order online

After an hour, receive email from Qisahn saying that Sandisk MS DUO pro is out
of stock most probably will arrive in the evening.

A bit later Qisahn initiate internet chat to my mobile phone to once again
inform me that the memory stick is out of stock & probably will arrive in the
evening.

5pm – email Qisahn and got reply saying stock will arrive after 7pm and ask me
not to go collect before receive any sms from them.

7pm ++ - still no sms or email from them, but since this is my first PSP i was
too excited and decided to try my luck at their shop to see whether the MS
already arrive.

7pm ++ - reach the shop but long queue and got 4 person working (counter). I
queue at one of the counter but unlucky me the person in front of me is taking
time while some of the late comer already being service as they took a different
counter. At last is my turn, this aunty (in the 40s or late 30 i assume) service
me. Show her my order print out and she start taking PSP & accessories of the
shelves

7pm ++ - testing PSP for dead pixel, looking for scratch etc. After finish
inspection, PSP is good.

Ask her whether the Memory stick already arrive, She say yes but I still not
receive any sms.

Ask her whether Sandisk memory stick pro duo support magic gate, she say no... i
was a bit confuse there since i read from the website i can check whether the
memory stick is original by checking magic gate support

Ask her whether I can test UMD drive, she say no cause no opened UMD disc.

Ask her whether UMD drive is under 1 year warranty, she refer me to another
Chinese guy (with glasses). The guy did his explanation and i understood, which
is yes under 1yr warranty.

At the end of the end of everything, I show her my order and told her i suppose
to get 2 cable since i order both data cable (upgrade to gold) and component
cable (gold). She say one cable only, since i dunno how the data cable &
component cable look like so i thought mayb the cable are 2 in 1.

9pm – reach home start to transfer game into memory stick... test transfer via
PSP... speed very very slow. Try transfer via memory card reader, transfer speed
is still ok. Try to plug the data cable to TV but do not have any head that can
be plug into TV, so i went online to Qisahn and look for support. Qisahn support
simmy, inform me that suppose have 2 cable as data cable & component cable are 2
different cable... so I decided to go back to the store tomorrow.

Also tested PSP compatible earphone but not responsive... so have to go back
tomorrow.

9am – check my email & sms, no sms or email receive regarding the memory stick.
I wonder how they know i made the purchase since during the payment time there
is no contact or order no recorded (Maybe they already record down my order no,
which i not aware of).

4pm – went back to shop, exchange compatible earphone with a new one (tested ok
this time) and get the TV cable. Overheard other counter conversation that 3pin
power plug for PSP available but too bad the aunty yesterday didn’t mention too
me... so i have the japan 2 ping power plug

10pm – Writing this testimonial, still no email or sms received (already check
junk folder).

We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience you had. Normally, the
auntie will not be involved in serving customers as her product knowledge is
limited. However, I'm sure you could see that we were pretty shorthanded that
day thus she tried to help in order to clear the queue faster. The lack of
communication after 5pm was also due to the crowd.


I'm sending you an email now to clarify all the mistakes she had made. I'm
very sorry for the confusion in your buying process but I assure you everything
you saw online is accurate. ie: We are selling original memory card with magic
gate support...
