im disappointed as i do reserve the madden pack . and i had to wait for 15 mins as the shop was supposed to start at 12 but they opened at 12.15 . upon receiving the madden pack , they explain to me about borrowing something and they had to remove the UMD , 1 Gb and Video and one more thing . i was quite disappointed as i told my friends about the pack and he ask me to buy for him . then did not get the things . but just keep quiet . i was also disappointed as the free strap received was really bad as it was very easily removed as in the leather thing then become unattached to the metal thing .and i was also disappointed by the crystal conver which cause inconvenience as the battery part , it did not like grip the psp . it looks like it was very loose .

anyway , i still had to explain to my friends . i dont know why this is happening . as when i bought it . everything was really gr8 .

To clarify, customer has contacted us earlier with regards to the strap and a replacement has been promised. The next batch of hand straps we make will definitely be of better quality.

The removal of the items have also been explained and yup the customer has been promised that he can top up the difference to get the missing items back.

As for bring late, um... there was a traffic jam. Yeah I know we should be turning up early in order to compensate for such events but we are already sleeping very little in order to fulfill the Wii orders this Christmas.. It is really really tiring... Sorry about that..
