I had been patronizing another game shop for my DS and PSP needs for a few years and i had always recommend that shop to all my friends.
This was till yesterday.
Both shop was selling wii for 278. I went to online chat with both shops. The shop i always patronize recommended me a near 400 package for the set with extra remote and nunchuck plus usb load
The price qisahn quote me was near 50 cheaper and so i went to reserve a set before going down.
The people there had full attention on all customers, trying to accommodate all requests. Shah ( i think he is the malay guy whom served me) kept saying sorry to me for letting me wait. While a guy with specs was doing up my wii for me, i told him if its possible to help me do -something- and i am willing to pay. He told me that if i really need, just send them an email and they will advise me on how to do it and its free, just a service and help they provide to their customers. I felt lousy when i think of the other shop whom i always highly recommend alway trying to charge me $50 for -something-??
Whatever it is, i am sold. From today onwards, i will support qisahn and recommend u guys to all my friends for their gaming needs :)
@Kiat: Mickey here. I'm the Chinese guy who hooked up your Wii before the sale. Surprised to find myself mentioned here because I did not even speak to you during your purchase. Was attending to another customer... Anyway, I have to edit your testimonial as some of your praises for us should not be shown here
