Prompt reply for the order i made and was informed that the game i order 'is ready for collection'. In my order, a note was added to inform the date/duration I'll be collecting the game.

However, when I made my trip to the shop after a long day work, I was informed that the game I ordered was "OUT OF STOCK" and I will be informed when there's stock.

It's not even 48hrs from my ordering time and my game is not available. Qisahn didn't even bother to inform when the game was "OUT OF STOCK". I wasnt explained on why it was out of stock. What's the point of telling me that i will be informed when there's stock in a store where order get cancelled without any explanation.

Admin Note: Due to a logistical lapse, the only copy of the game was sold to a walk in customer. To rectify our mistake another copy of the game was immediately sourced and delivered to the buyer personally at his convenience the following day. We regret to have caused you much trouble and look forward to your next purchase with us. Thank you for your kind understanding and giving us a second chance to serve you.
