I recently bought my PS3 with them and I must say they are very efficient and good! Ordered in the late evening and it is ready for collection a few hours later! :)

However, I HIGHLY recommend people to use speed post / registered post should they order any games online. I ordered 2 games via online and had them deliver with the free local post delivery. One of them made it within 2 days but the other, though it was sent out earlier, did not make it still. I fearing that game might be lost. :( A huge disheartened customer ...

Update from customer: Wanted to give an update! Last week, I ordered a game and after 5 days it did not come, I thought i lost it in mail. However, today (just this morning) singpost sent me the game saying that it had accidentally ripped the wrapping and had to repackage it (which took 1 week+). So just a heads up to all those opting for free local mail. I strongly suggest registered mail in future to save unneccessary stress!
