went down to qisahn today to change my broken ndsl housing.but the sales guy say that it cannot repair/change thehousing as it is the hinge problem,i told him that it can be repair and not the hinge problem but he insisted cant, instead i went to another place and they juz change my housing and everything is like brand new now.I had been getting ard asking people that if ndsl hinge spoilt do it mean it is beyond repair? Everyone told me the same thing, juz fix the housing and everything will be fine.Im very disappointed with the sales staff as i felt that he is totally inexperience .i had been a reg customer for many years even before qisahn opened his first shop.i had been showing support by referring my frds and relatives to him, but today i felt totally disappointed
