I went there this evening to collect my PSP Slim. Entered the office, I saw Ashton (hope I spelled his name correctly) talking patiently to a customer on the phone. He acknowledge my presence and I waited for a while.
Ashton came to serve me, I realised he just finishing his lunch after 6 pm. He must be pretty busy this afternoon.
Overall, he was very patient and detailed when serving me even though I had some questions.
Finally, collected my set plus bought some accessories.
