Has a systematic procedure in helping customers check item in box, dead pixel or physical defects. Patient. However the person who served me should speak out clearly because i can barely hear what is he trying to say. Maybe he is tired after a long day! Dun be deceived by QiSahn's small shop layout & interior decoration. Qisahn offers very good services & very competitive PS3 game prices. In fact, I found their prices to be the cheapest in Singapore and membership entitles you to further discount! I have since stopped shopping at other stores and only buy from QiSahn.
