Repairs are available upon inquiry

All Joy-Cons that come with your switch console will come with 3 months warranty. Should your set be a local set, please go to Maxsoft. If not, please send us a video or images supporting the issue via https://qisahn.com/contact_us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an update to repair your joy-cons.

For general repairs, please send in your console or accessory to our shop located at https://qisahn.com/locate_us

If your joy-cons can’t be repaired 

• and it is under store warranty, a replacement pair will be given to you
• If not, your console will be returned and you will not be charged.
