If your product is under a year old, please contact the manufacturer / agent for warranty claims.

Warranty claims are processed at our physical store. Warranty coverage terms for the 2nd to 5th years is the same as the manufacturer / authorized dealer’s. Please note if the manufacturer / agent excludes certain parts (ie battery) from the full 1-year duration, we too will not provide extended warranty coverage for it.
