We do not sell extended warranty for consoles purchased from another store. If you are buying a Switch 2 from us and have yet to pick it up, please contact us with your existing order number if you'll like to purchase extended warranty. We'll add this extended warranty plan to your existing order for you. Thank you.

If your product is under a year old, please contact the manufacturer / agent for warranty claims.
Warranty claims are processed at our physical store. Warranty coverage terms for the 2nd to 5th years is the same as the manufacturer / authorized dealer’s. Please note if the manufacturer / agent excludes certain parts (ie battery) from the full 1-year duration, we too will not provide extended warranty coverage for it.
Qisahn.com extended warranty is not applicable to bundled items that are not included in the box.
