Lost Paradise is an action-RPG set in the Fist of the North Star manga universe. The western release will feature English and Japanese audio dialogue options and include "extra carnage" that SEGA says will showcase "brutal"  fights with "the lowlifes and thugs of the post-apocalyptic wastes."

Players will control Fist of the North Star protagonist Kenshiro as he rides a customizable buggy through Lost Paradise's post-apocalypse, an alternative universe from the series' original setting. The RPG centers around "beating up thugs," but it also features sidequests like managing a nightclub and other minigames.
